Things that Happen Behind the Scenes

I spend a lot of time on the computer for work, most of the time I wait for naps and bedtime to get to work but sometimes the kids just won't work with me! On such days, the kids play happily around our home and I get up and check on them every few minutes. Yesterday as Micah slept, Rowie toddled about and that's when I found her like this...


I watched her work at this bag of chocolate chips for some time patiently working away at the plastic until she got just a little taste

I believe hard work should be rewarded so I gave her a few!


Another new change to the Conley home came with the passing of our dear bunny Ruby. Poor Ruby had a heart attack one night this last week. We waited a few days and then decided we would try a cat again so meet Charlie (to go with Lola the dog). Rowie is more then a little in love with him and everything about this picture makes me laugh!

Nick and Danielle are Married

I am pleasantly surprised by every wedding I have been to this season, each one is better then the last! This was a very fun, easy going wedding, which is my favorite kind! I knew when I first met Nick that he was a fun guy, but as the wedding began I found out how fun! The guys walked out to "I want to grow old with you" sung by Adam Sandler and they all had there own little hand shake with the groom before taking there places on stage. The girls walked out to the theme song from Rocky and the ceremony continued with a little laughter and a lot of smiles. Later, we all had a good laugh again when it came time for cake. The cakes were amazing, a rice crispy sand castle and red velvet drum (Nick plays), you just have to see the pictures and you know it was fun to watch! Congrats Nick and Danielle I enjoyed your special day and I pray for God's blessings on your life together. Enjoy your beach honeymoon!

Cousins

Growing up I was close to some of my cousins, every summer was spent swimming and playing house and some of the pictures my mom has take me right back to all the fun we had. These two cuties are cousins as well and I hope that later in life they can look at these pictures and remember the fun they had together. Enjoy!

My Rowie turns 1

It is with great sadness that I write this post, I have no idea how a year went by so fast, but this Saturday at 7:03 a.m on 7/03 my Rowie Ella will be 1! I wish there where a way to keep baby from growing up. I have had many conversations with God about why he choose to break mother's hearts and allow there babies to grow, but that's just how it is. So even though I am sad I had to make the most of her pictures and so here are my favorites. I love you Rowen Ella Conley and this last year has been one of the best any mother could ask for! Heather and her girls

This morning I jumped in Heather's car and we set off to have a fun session in the country. Heather's daughters were so cute, as we rode on I had to snap a picture or two of her older daughter chilling in the back with her glasses singing Taylor Swift.

As soon as we got to our first location I discovered that like most siblings, Lyv and Koko are completely different! Koko loved every location more then the next, having a great time running through the dirt. Lyv on the other hand, well, had to be comforted that dragonflies don't do anything to you, there are no alligators in the fields and she would not have to step in any dirt or water for pictures. In the end we managed to get some great pictures and have a wonderful morning, thanks girls! Enjoy
